When leaving LAX, travel apps and taxis can be picked up at the LAX-it parking lot next to Terminal 1.Guests can walk or take the free Lax-it shuttle to reach Lax-it. If your family comes in a private car, nothing changes. Personal vehicle pickup is still allowed on the first level outside the outside curbside baggage claim area. After banning curbside service late last year, LAX said Thursday it will once again allow taxis to enter its roundabout to pick up passengers.
Customer service agents will help you with your luggage and get to your taxi or transfer service in the app.
